高泉强（别名泉溪），又称泉溪庐主，1955年生于杭州，先后毕业于浙江美术学院（现中国美术学院）、香港财经学院，获得硕士学位。

曾任教于中国美术学院环境艺术系，并担任中国美术学院艺术品进出口公司艺术部主任及中国美术学院环境艺术设计研究所副所长。现为中国书画家研究会浙江委员会副主席、浙江当代中国画研究院研究员。

自幼学习绘画，从1980年至今一直坚持写生和水墨画创作，举办过多次个人画展，作品在多家专业性美术刊物上发表，出版过多部个人画集,2012年出版了大红袍画册《中国近现代名家画集-高泉强》，2007年出版了《乌梁素海的风》被美国国会图书馆收藏。

Resume

Gao Quanqiang was born in Hangzhou. He graduated from the Chinese Academy of Art and the Hong Kong Finance and Economics College.

At the Chinese Academy of Art Mr. Gao taught in the Environmental Art Department and served the as Director of the Art Department at the Academy’s Art Import and Export Company and later as the Vice-President of the Environmental Art Design and Research Institute.

Mr. Gao is now the Vice-President of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the China Research Institute of Chinese Artists. The committee specializes in traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy. He is also a researcher at the Modern Chinese Painting Research Institute.

Mr. Gao has painted since he was a child and has been working in Chinese ink and wash paintings since 1980. He has held several exhibitions and published five albums of his paintings.

His works have been collected and published in several professional magazines.
